Amos and Andy played in blackface by their creators, Freeman Gosden, and Charles Correll, who
created the characters on radio. They play a couple of handy men who are not quite as handy as they should
be. The film is of interest as it showcases the original duo and allowed their millions of listeners to see them
"live" and associate faces with their famous voices.
